What is Curiosity Shop about (plot, summary)

A.B.C.'s variety puppet show with animated segments by a many people, but includes music by Henry Mancini and Dean Elliott. Chuck Jones is the executive producer with several of his crew on board as well. It features June Foray, Alan Zazlove, Abe Levitow, and Herbert Klynn. It stars Pam Ferdin and Jere Fields in alternating roles. Puppets were by George Pal and includes: Aarthur The Aardvark, Eek A. Mouse, and Onamotapea ... a three eye seven tentacle creature. There is also Nostalgia the forgetful Elephant.

Shirley Jones and Barbara Minkus also appear regularly, with guest appearances by Hank Ketcham and Vincent Price. Vincent Price and Robert Stack are well known for their Halloween affiliations. Vincent Price appeared in The Halloween Special, and the studio was overhauled for Halloween which was the next day. Many viewers and reviewers type that they have nightmares from watching it. "Professor Balthazar" was also included.

A.B.C. is well known for not preserving its media with N.B.C., despite being "In Living Color" all the time, is a close second. The Chuck Jones Family stated that they have limited material such as only sporadic pre production materials. Numerous people declare it as Lost. This is debatable, as the moment they halted production, they rebroadcast it on Sunday Mornings. Also, World Vision, which at the time was a syndicator for A.B.C., is rumored to have the episodes as "recently" as 1984. However, an adaptation of "The Old Curiosity Shop" was also released in 1984 which was distributed by World Vision. The status of the programme is unknown, and will not be released due to various intellectual property conflicts, not unlike The Match Game Hollywood Squares Hour. If Curiosity Shop is actually Lost, it is in the same league as early Lamb Chop and Thomas The Tank Engine productions. If Curiosity Shop is remade, consider Pam and Jere for Executive Consultants.
